The Tale Between Two KingdomsA Poem by Bohrium GuySome thoughts I had last night....There once was a princess, who could dress in white or black. Who lived in her kingdom, Where her people gave her flack.
She regretted every moment. Tormented and abused word filled hated. That for every word spoken, Took a piece of self esteem she created.
Out for a walk kicking stones, by the water of hopes and dreams. Crying on a rock she sat, expressing life is not what it seems.
Riding by a horse and knight, a valiant figure sat shining, proud and stern. stopped to watch the princess, while extending a handkerchief of concern.
Both sat looking at the flowing waters, Exchanging stories of each others life and hopes. Realizing the people they fought inside, Their kingdoms were slowly hanging them by the ropes.
The knight exclaimed he loved her, Extended his hand out for her to mount his steed. The princess feeling less then worth, Stood silent thinking they wont allow her to be freed.
The knight dismounted his horse, Placed his arm around her shoulder to express. To live in a land filled with hate Is not living, its a prison sentenced to depress.
He continued his expression. of how he visions his kingdom set on streets of gold, How love and care come wise. and the people stay together till they are old.
The princess stricken in a tug a war, Finally gave her nod and climb upon the steed. A sense of pride and love felt inside, Her heart felt the grand feeling of finally being freed.
Together they built a kingdom, Where laughter, love and care reign forever high. The people lived in freedom, And happiness and loyalty was the battle cry. © 2015 Bohrium GuyReviews
