Eyes Wide Shut

Some thoughts passing threw my weird mind....

eyebrows taped up
eyelids cant shut
words cant say what i see
wide eyed
looking back
to what cannot change
but
has
changed
me

Eyes wide open

You see what should be

You fear silence will be the key

You can change the path

Get back on course

All it takes is having remorse

Open you mouth express your feelings

Finish your heart and complete the dealings

Things are not always what they seem

Some people still carry a love dream

It’s not just you

It’s me

It’s time…
