Slipping Away

That feeling I am slowly getting.....

Did the newness wear off, the luster gone away?

Was it something said that you don't wanna stay?

To old, to stifling or my appearance make grade?

My thoughts to heavy and my heart to harden laid?

I am used to slipping and losing loves hold

No one but me can see my inside what I keep
