If I Had Wings

Feeling like I should fly....

If I had wings I would gracefully fly

I would offer my shoulder for you to lie

So soaring in the blue clouds well below

My heart and my life to her I bestow

Winds carrying my gift of this passion

Allowing me to float in a bird’s fashion

Yellow in color sun shining on me flying

So all can see I am drastically trying

Love on wings ability to go far up

The love so far is without disrupt

Reaching my goal and I perch so well

The flock will see and view loves shell

Birds fly far to get to a destination

They do this without any hesitation

At the end of the flight only to be reached

A love is waiting our hearts are unleashed
