The CycleA Poem by Bohrium GuyWhen your trying to help someone you love that has a persistent drug addiction... and lose your ability to carry on.She wants, and needs, she lies, She begs to have it or she cries. Anger comes, the hate behind, I am the dummy well defined.
Family, friends they all supply, Then stand back and wonder why. Her life is ruined silently scorned, killing my heart I so forewarned.
Wake up sleeper your losing me, The void is not helping you to flee. But no matter you are an adult, Disregard the pain and the result.
I'm the one that showed I do care, The one you betray you so dare. Why I ask? It's simple selfish greed, Drugs are your answer that you feed.
Love and patients mean so little, You hurt me like your old fiddle. No regard or care you just get high, While I slowly watch you die.
Rules were set well to remember, I cant handle the burning ember. Not a warning, a simple known fact, My love for you are bound to impact.
Then I will no longer be here... © 2015 Bohrium Guy |
