For the military women who serve the nation...

She sat and waited so very patiently
For the plane to land, emotionally
Its been so long to have her back
To see her face, safe and alive a fact

To know the days ahead be filled
The feeling inside of being thrilled
The ache subsided now she is here
Will talk away after she sheds a tear

These moments in time held so bold
Will never tire, as a story untold
Coming home has a special place
