When you want to reach out but you know the person will probably reject your attempt

The pull to do something becomes so great

You actually question your thinking straight

You want its so badly, you want to bend a rule

But worry you'll end up looking like a fool

Inside your mind the tug of war has started

The test of right or wrong, the lines departed

Still you ache to make it become forever true
