A World Gone Cold

As the world seems to have lost the meaning of care, religion and the passion for life.

Society would look at an age gap and frown

Argue and fight its wrong and take love down

Society would perverse true love to meet a law

Break the rules to own the hay stack of straw

Hate and bickering till there is nothing to fight

Denying any love no common core taking flight

This is wrong, that is bad we can't do this prevail

While compassion and emotions sit and get stale

Weak and frightened our world now has become

Where our money and power have taken the sum

A deep blindness and coward actions fill the air

We now live in coldness with nothing to compare

When someone speaks out trying to open eyes

Its met with denial and the public happily cries

No one takes the helm and setting a given course

Just talking garbage and then spitting out remorse

Mark my words, I hold no different candle inside

I love with my heart and a romance carried in pride

If you think I write of fairy tales and stories untrue

Then you are the problem, not the answer we're thru

I try to live by my Grandfather rule. "Keep you anger and arguments outside. My home is for family to feel safe and secure."
