Will You Remember Me?

Will You Remember Me?

A Poem by Bohrium Guy
"

Some thoughts on how people will really see me.

"

I touched a few lives and made a few friends

Made some laugh and given advice never ends

Held some close and walked a million miles

Just to provide you all with many bright smiles

I said my prayers and felt with you the pain

Tried my best to wipe away tears, no refrain

I kept you close, allowed you to read posts

Shared intimate moments with many hosts

I shared my feelings, hopes and many dreams

Kept the pace faithfully while my heart screams

Now all you know me, my thoughts in writing

Some shared my poem posts, some even reciting

Yet inside my mind something worries me soul

Will you remember me when love takes its toll?

Or silently delete forgetting my many of song

Leaving me nothing like I am the one wrong

Soon, very soon I will close off my chapter

Whittling my exposure to one site thereafter

It will tell me the true friends I now hold

Those that still want to read my story told...

really enjoyed this poem, packed full of relatable lines. I enjoy most the fourth paragraph; your word choice intrigues me to re-read that paragraph over and over. Thank you for posting this!
