Freedom

Freedom

A Poem by Hopefull

This machine trapped beneath me,
Is the potential of my destiny.
With its frightening ability of release,
It never ceases to please.

Be it hot or cold,
It always fills the mold.
With the twist of a wrist,
The mind is filled with bliss.

An activity so arduous,
Mind locked in total focus.
The adrenaline i seek,
Aspiring to return on my feet.

Cutting through the wind,
I cant even begin.
A lifeless machine,
Makes everything keen.

If this thing kills me,
Know that i was free.

Right on. This illustrate just how deep of a connection a man can have with a motorcycle....or woman, and why.
Nicely done.

I never even thought about the connection to a woman. But it definitely works.

For sure. I thought it worked too. =-)
" If this thing kills me know that I was free." I love that line.
