"Can I get a kiss?" He playfully holds her tight speaking softly with a pinch of a beg. She looks out of the door for a brief moment trying to think quick. He tightens his grip "Can I get a kiss?" asks again more softly. She sighs, somewhat preparing herself for the rabbit's- hole plunge she's about to make. "You don't have to if you don't want to." He says as she closes the door a bit- turning and almost having to tip-toe to reach him. Feeling herself turn a shade of pink she gives a clingy hug as he notices his ride. "I love you- I'll see you next week" the words almost stab her, she hated but loved hearing them. She was split within a fraction of a second's time. Her heart screamed out from it's cage of fragile bone and skin while her mind kept her lips laced. So she held him tighter in hopes he could hear the faintness of its screams. He squeezes her again. "I love you- See you next week" she gives one last squeeze. 
"Try not to be late next week... please?" She pulls away in uncertainty, shyly and deliberately not meeting his gaze.
"I won't i promise." He replies as he walks out. She hesitantly reaches for the tail of his shirt, almost in regret she didn't say it back but misses and her throat as frozen as her lips to call out. 
And he's gone again
