Don't take away the Romance!

Dear younger generations,

It is constantly being brought to my attention that you lack a certain respectable level of culture. Not only do I see it in the way you dress and the neglectful and needy attitudes that you sashay around with, but I see it even more so when old traditional icons are replaced to try and garner more of the younger market share.

Just today I found out that the Iconic Clydesdales, show case of the American Beer company, Anheuser Busch, are being considered for replacement by a more trendy type of icon. This to me is sad. Not only does it show that the younger generations have no clue as to what tradition and American culture are, but it also is a clear indication that the young folk have no interest in keeping to the very traditions that carved America into the land of the free and the home of the most amazing commercials in the world!

Those iconic Clydesdales are more than just beer, more than just animals to coo over, they are a cultural symbol that personifies strength, pride, the inspiration to achieve something good, and most importantly, they are the glory of romance at its finest!

So young folk, pull your ear phones off, smash your smart phones and your video game consoles and get out and find culture where it truly belongs! Outside, in the fresh air with the smell of fresh cut grass and the vibrant thunder of car racing, football and Clydesdales!

Thank you for listening,

Kate
