This is the first poem I have read from Leigh, and it is a good one. Balanced, well paced with an excellent structure , it impresses with a clear voice. Good work, read it!
Beautiful flowing effortless poem of unity and harmony, balance in all. Being at one with mother nature. Breathing, living and fulfillment of presence.
our connection with nature is undeniable. this speaks to me of freedom, innocence and rising anonymously above withtout being tied to identity. so much can be gleaned from this free-flowing journey removed from the things of life that hold us down. i will have to read the multiple times. i love your analogies and anything to do with nature. there is a wonderful spiritual aspect. good stuff ... :)
What I read here is "I wish I was anonymous." The narrator conveys a desire to observe and touch from a distance, to hide or conceal their identity, perhaps to avoid pain, perhaps to possess supernatural powers that give and impose love. A moving poem that leaves the reader wanting to know the narrator a little more. An excellent write.
