WatergazedA Poem by Cindy
Blazing birds flow in a field
flying low, in a field flying low. Wategazed, they cast a glow on every species and every shadow. From under which tear did they turn? What in a downstream blew and burned, blew and burned... blew and burned til a windstream poured, and flooded eyes which later fled. Such tears were bled. And all the living and all the dead were free And morning dew was new, and made them happy. © 2014 Cindy |
