Unforgiveble

Unforgiveble

A Poem by Blue Rose

There is a girl
who sits by her window
looking down at the world below.
Holding what looks like a knife.

The blood from the knife
drips onto her white nightgown
each drop reminding her of that
unforgivable moment when she
was once human.

When she was once alive
when she was almost there
but she couldn't make it in time
she couldn't save him.

To see his body lying there
on the cold hard ground
Just broke her heart
and now she's seeking revenge
for that unforgivable moment
