Christmas

Christmas

A Poem by Hunter Mullis

It’s getting colder,
The leaves are falling,
The lights are going up,

Soon the snow will cover us,
Tucking us into the Christmas season like a comfy blanket on a quiet Christmas Eve.

Christmas is a time for happiness,
A time to share that happiness with family and friends.

But Christmas is more than the cheer and laughter.

Christmas is the loneliest time of the year.
