Prey, and Preditor.

Prey, and Preditor.

A Story by Needy

His eyes like the rays of the sun
Burning fiery red against his pale skin
They draw me closer, full of danger
Yet I can’t turn away

His long fangs are razor blades
Ready to sink into my neck
He edges closer
And I catch my breath
Yet I can’t turn away

I freeze like a deer in headlights
I am trapped
He is the vampire
And I am his prey
Yet I can’t turn away.

Hello Blueeyedgirl,

Or if I may Gwen. I am trying a new format in my reviews so please don't be alarmed. I would love to see more traditional vampire stories to surface since as of late all I have seen are vampires who sparkle. Which if I may say is rather weird. Sparkle, like a diamond....really? Well okay.

When I first read this the first image that popped into my head is the scene in Dracula where the younger dracula was looking at the reincarnation of his wife. Then to the scene were they were together finally again. I think this strikes along to that format. I enjoyed it. Well done.

Always and your friend.

Matthew.
