A tainted love

A tainted love

A Poem by BlueEcho

There is no tainted love

Like the one found

In the backyard of a clinic "

Where love is like

Medication:

Swallowed fast with regret

To be spat up

And then taken again.

Such love

Is a sterilisation.

Clung onto,

To only find:

Nothing

Can Reproduce.

I love this, whether or not it's about abortion. You're very skilled with placement of words (if that makes sense). Excited to see what more you do!

I could be wrong here but the interpretation I got from this poem was that it was about abortion.
The fetuses found in the back yard of the clinic, ... the sterilization, and nothing being able to reproduce all remind me of abortion clinics and how many feel that every woman who gets an abortion regrets it. Just the interpretation I got. Good job!
