Determined

A poem that I wrote long long time ago...

I've fallen to an unknown place,
Where darkness surrounds me with solitude and space
There's no one there to pull me back,
I took one more straw which broke my back,

This hurts so much, the way I feel,
These horrible wounds will just not heal.....

I fight, I lay, I struggle and strain
Do whatever it takes to kill the pain
I walk, i am fine and I am smiling
I really dont care whether Iam dying

Its never enough, whatever I do;
My fate catches up to tear me in two
It might be, that I'll become numb
Tinkling laughter turned fake and mum

But eventhough, even if I might break
I'll pull myself up with a stronger make

Coz, there's a fire within me, that burns a bit more each day,
I wont let go and I want to say,
That I have won this,with my demons cast back,
And the Light will follow to banish the Black.
