Have a Haiku 9A Poem by BlossomFor those wondering about the number 9, this is the 9th collection of my 'Have a Haiku' series (of ten Haiku per collection).Dotted lady bird If only your knotted life Were smooth like your skin
Mercy, oh, Summer Your fruit-laden trees weigh down My skeletal heart
Whence do you derive Zesty spirit, tangy tone? I ask busy bees
What a robust heart The stallion smugly flashes My frail sinews sigh
Browned off and famished Kitten upon kitten flops Awaiting minced meat
Petals and pebbles Around each other exist Pain and pleasure too
All jungle rules die When the mighty sky pours gin All just wait and watch
A heaving heart sees Fearless dolphins rise and fall Great currents arise
Golden sun, pale moon Unnamed objects big and small Gyrate with your grin
Dew drops are drying out Blades of grass have lost their bite Who would wait for whom?
