To block out the noise

Block out the memories

Block out the hurt that you've felt for years

Sleep away in a comfy bed

Clear your mind, clear your soul

Feel everything wrong leave your body

Listen to the ocean sound

Feel your heart beat a steady rhythm

Just relax

Build a aura around you, so nothing bad can hurt you

Just sleep away into a sleepless dream

And not wonder about a thing.
