Am I Strong Enough

Sitting here, thinking of you

and all the things we've been through

Now it doesn't hurt as bad

thinking of us no longer makes me mad

I think I might be ready to move on

but then everything comes back

what I thought was gone

now knocks me off track

will I ever conquer my past

I know that it could never last

but still I wonder how much longer

until I grow stronger

Strong enough to say your name

without feeling that aching pain

constricting my heart
