DrawingA Poem by Thief Lord AlexJust a quick 5 minute poem.
Graphite sails across the page
Marking the white with gray
Making the picture appear
In what ever way it may
A picture of who?
Prince Charming of course
A knight in shining armor
On a regal white horse
Alright, maybe not
But he’s still my prince
I liked him when we met
And we’ve been friends since
He doesn’t know my feelings
But I’m hoping that soon
I can tell him my feelings
And we can dance under the moon
But until then
My feelings are unknown
And I mask them when
He calls my phone
Only on paper
Is my prince real
And with reality
I have to deal
So with graphite on paper
Marking the white with grey
I make my prince appear
In the way only I may
