Dreams of an unpleasant sort

That wake you in the night

With a cold sweat

A fast beating heart

And fear

 

Nightmares

Creatures of the night

Leaving their mark in your memory

Horses with black manes

Red eyes

 

Nightmares

People dying

Things collapsing

Nothing going right

Your worst fears come to life

In your Nightmares

In your mind
