You used some beautiful, stunning imagery in this piece! I also loved the message you conveyed in this, that "You really can't control these things, so let it go..." Such powerful words you have expressed and I see how you are bettering yourself. Healing over the past. There are many things in life that we cannot control, like the weather, people opinions, death, stuff like that. But...we are able to control who we are, our emotions, our thoughts and actions. We are able to control ourselves, but not other people. We can only do the best we can for ourselves...others, maintain an extra step.
