Oh my,
I say with a sigh.

Why can't he look my way?
Just one word to me let him say.

But no me he doesn't see,
He doesn't know but to my heart he holds the key.

He laughs,
Not one thing he does by me gets past.

He doesn't know,
My feelings I make sure don't show.

I'll take what I can get with him,
He gives it on a whim.

Can love hurt?

For him I yearn,
My lesson I never will learn.

He doesn't love me,
My heart he doesn't see.

He holds someone esle's hand,
I don't think I can stand.

Why can't he see me?
Oh... 'cause I'm plain as can be.

Why can't I be beautiful?

But no instead I'm plain,
In my soul it rains.

Everyone is beautiful in their own way :) Anyway this is a really great poem with a lot of emotions. I really enjoyed reading it.
