The Call of Autumn

The Call of Autumn

A Poem by Jesse Jacques

leaves falling

and Winter falling

the sky is turning

as Autumn is calling

the trees are bare

and the sky is grey

the water is freezing

all along the bay

birds are going towards the south

everybody's changing

the season is aging

and people are warming their mouths
