Uncertain Haze

Uncertain Haze

A Poem by Megan

I grew used to the feeling of pure uncertainty

Walking the roads along a line of doubt

And never seeing past a starless haze I shamingly created

I collapsed to my knees

And let go of everything I had in me

The haze started to fade

My path became clear

In an apparition, you appeared

I may have seem befuddled by your gleam

But this I'm certain;

I'm not afraid anymore

I found my light

I found you.

It's always important to find our certain 'light' in life. Withuot it, what are we living for? I feel the 2nd line should be first, to start it off and it would create a better flow. "In an apparition, you appeared", that's a powerful line with a nice deeper meaning.
