Thursday Morning

Thursday Morning

A Poem by Megan

I'll never forget

The Thursday morning

When the haze kissed the Earth's floor

And ran across the plains

The sunrise had just peaked

The sky was painted with reds and oranges

And even a few jet plane streaks

I still feel the cold air pinching my skin

Snapping me into a beautiful reality.
