Worn Out Arms

Worn Out Arms

A Poem by Megan

I lay motionless in your shivering arms

Singing my sad worn out song

My knees give out

As my ribcage continues to shatter

And sprinkles into your arms

Everything I once was

Has shed from my being

All I have are crumbling bones

And your worn out arms

Refusing to let these shattered bones go.
