Translucent Queen

I've never felt the wind beneath my feet

 

I've never seen eye to eye with a jet plane

 

Not until today

 

I soared beyond existence

 

With no intention of landing

 

I was swept along with every breeze

 

Looking through my white, translucent skin

 

I realized I was no longer human

 

I was far too at peace to be alive

 

Beams of radiance poured onto the souls far below

 

The chorus echoed through my veins

 

I was crowned as he translucent queen

 

In my newfound heavenly kingdom.
