Taken By The Devil

The devil's got me on his leash

He awakened my demons I've had to keep

My past self has melted to the ground

My sanity is nowhere to be found

The demons flutter throughout the air

And knock me down as if they didn't care

They seep through my skin

And destroy what's within

As soon as I think I've got nothing left

An angel finds my aching body at rest

She picks me up and carries me away

In hope to find a brighter day.
