A Single StoneA Poem by BlissI wrote this poem after I buried my daughter whom was stillborn on September 11, 2002.A single stone on plotted ground, a desperate cry without a sound.
I bring you flowers throughout the day and through my tears, at night, I pray.
"God, please show her that I care, that my heart is full because she is there.
Tell I wish that she were here and I dedicate to her my every tear."
A single stone on plotted ground indicates the peace we both have found. © 2008 BlissAuthor's Note
