The dark Shadow.

No one ever expects the dark to consume them,

to take them slowly and painfully,

to rip them apart and watch them scream.

The dark is a killer,

Just a shadow ready to strike,

to take one life after another.

It does not care how much you cry,

or how much you plead,

it enjoys the torment that it gives,

It is nothing but a killer.

It is nothing but a shadow,

you can't see it coming,

you don't know when it will strike,

The dark is nothing but a shadow.

Some may say it does not exist,

or it is a myth,

but i know that the dark is true,

and the dark will come for you too.

We live in a world where kids learn war before life. Death before laughter. Need to teach love and kindness. Not fear and hate. Darkness is covering the world. Need all religion to work together. Brothers and sisters of all faith must walk together to end the hate in this world. A powerful poem. Family must stand together and spread the word. Time for the light to be rebirth.
