The dark Shadow.

No one ever expects the dark to consume them,

to take them slowly and painfully,

to rip them apart and watch them scream.

The dark is a killer,

Just a shadow ready to strike,

to take one life after another.

It does not care how much you cry,

or how much you plead,

it enjoys the torment that it gives,

It is nothing but a killer.

It is nothing but a shadow,

you can't see it coming,

you don't know when it will strike,

The dark is nothing but a shadow.

Some may say it does not exist,

or it is a myth,

but i know that the dark is true,

and the dark will come for you too.

The dark elements are a diff twist from your usual style. However you portray this so well! My favourite line" and the dark will come for you too". Invokes a sense of mystery, which adds to a kick in the ending. Nice.
