Hungry

Nothing is satisfying this appetite of mine...

I see all this food.

Right before me...do I HAVE to choose??

It all looks so satisfying; Oh so tastey..

Yet, it's like I can't take a bite...I just wanna cherish the sight of all this..

Yet, the walls of my abdomen shall grow thin...

Making me have a need to ingest some of this orgasmic satisfaction!

So much food that can satisfy this hunger within, yet, I dare not indulge.

 

As the days go by I get hungrier...

And this hunger isn't normal..

It's because I've chosen to fast..yes, do without food till I've fulfilled my goal..

Therefore...

I'm counting down the days until I can feast...

Feast all night long..

Splurge on my healthiest bet..

 

Losing calories instead of gaining...

Food cannot get better than this..

I feel my body changing...I can feel it; oh so soothing...

Waiting for an opportunity to splurge on my findings..

Various recipes,various tastes...

Waiting to explore; what an adventure!

 

As I begin to satisfy this hunger I'll feel myself reaching that point of satisfaction...

My mind will be cleared...

Though I'd have to stop at some time,

I'll make sure to enjoy every..last..morsel,

I'll make sure it lasts for as long as it can; I'll cherish each bite..

Taking away all forms of stress;a stress-relieving meal

Lasting for the night...

 

How I want to have the pleasure of getting even a taste of this pleasurable feast..

Mmmm...seems this desire has warmed my core..

I just want some good food from this restaurant called "The World"...

How I long to taste what's so close yet so far; these foods have my mouth watering...

Looking for the right food to fit my taste buds..

The food that'll satisfy me...oh how divine.

 

I know I'll definately choose from this menu sooner or latetr..

It's a matter of sampling..and seeing what fits my taste buds..

Seeing what I can manage...and also seeing which food gets me off...

When will I ever settle on one type?..

When will I ever satisfy this hunger?

Day by day..I starve a little more...

Yet, it's like I like being this hungry..

Since, when my feast occurs...it shall be glorious!

Well, this piece has done nothing less than aggravate my emotions in very positive ways. At first glimpse, its clear that food was definately not the topic and also that hunger was nothing less than everyone's human desire. The metaphorical approach was amazing, and another side to Blessed has been revealed. This was very creative to hide your sexual desire in the description of ood and the need to eat. I am hungry after reading your poem. I really enjoyed the creativity and the honesty in your poem.
