Memories

Memories

A Poem by Corey Bowen
"

This about a guy & a girl expressing thier feelings to each other but they are away from each other,

"
As the days go by im never alone, even though in reality I stand alone,
Its your presents I feel that keeps me alive,
I wake up smiling cause of our memories we share, her unique smile, gorgeous jazzy blue eyes, that long wavy hair, and that calming voice..Man i miss that voice saying those meaningful words "baby I Love You",but its our unbreakable love that keeps us near,
with me being here and you being there........
As my days turn into nights your still here in my dreams in my thoughts and my presents, I wake up and look out the window lookin into the sky wishing and hoping you will come by,
When i think of you i feel your warming arms around as if they were my guardian angels,
as I wish he was really here to comfort me, but in mind he and faith and belief he stands near even though im here and he is there its our unconditional love that keeps him here when he's there......
Now we have each others memories to charish forever more and if you can hear me I want you to know that I love you

I spend 15 years in the Military. Left too many woman. To return to corroded emotion. Your love and missing a woman is powerful in the words of your poem. Memories give us purpose to write good stories when we are old and gray.
