Staring into the monster's eyesA Poem by BleedMyHeartOutStaring into the monster's eyes, It's no suprise when I see only lies Embedded in the darkest parts of its soul, Where there once was a heart, there is now only a hole From where it was ripped out long ago, By an early foe. Not much is left of the broken child. Just visions, and visions of the bodies piled. Broken, bruised, battered, she sends a cry to the sky, This loving creature has been her reply. He's broken, like her. Is the war finally over?
