I can't believe I was so dumb.

I can't believe I was so dumb.

Just when I'd thought I'd hit rock bottom,

I fell, bleeding, into a deeper passage.

The blood pooled at my multiple gashes.

The cuts have numbed the emotional pain temporarily.

I guess noone deals with things fairly.

All the greys and dark blues have disapeared,

Just as I had feared.

There is nothing to see but black,

There is no chance of going back.

Where is this light everyone is speaking of?

How could I ever have hoped to be saved from this burial through love?
