Monster

Monster

A Poem by BleedMyHeartOut

Please, don't get too near.

These terrible sounds you don't need to hear.

Like this monster trying to tear open my flesh,

Like it is made of only mesh.

I cannot stand to let you see this rage,

That won't remain within its cage.

When all Hell comes free,

You will blame me.

And this monster will smile,

At my lack of denial,

And that I cannot escape,

This ugly fate,

That circles its imprisonment

Filled with resent,

Becasue I cannot let the past die,

With continous lie after lie,

Wishing I was dead.

Along with the thoughts in my head.

This is very heartfelt. Not only do you describe your predicament shockingly enough to grab the reader's attention, but you also give a warning to the reader. Very engrossing. I loved this.
