Lost kidsA Poem by Marie
We're the kids with our headphones in our ears
Listening to music as loud as we can not to annoy the people next to us but to forget the demons in the back in our heads. We're the kids who write depressing poems, but not because we are but because everything around us is. We're the kids who maybe don't look like we want to spread love and kindness but you don't know you don't know us Our passions Our obsessions about making people laugh We're the kids who want to change something. We maybe wear dark clothe, but the only thing we try to do is bring light in all the darkness society trapped us in. We're the kids who maybe don't do the stuff you tell us to but we're the kids who would stand up for each other every second You can call us rebels But we will show everyone we're more then rebels because our thoughts are going to be louder then all your filthy words will ever be because we're the echo in the back in your head and before you speak ur last word we still gonna take our last breath from our broken lungs and it's going to change everything We are the change And i can feel how everything they build up is slowly breaking so watch out Because the next time you blink, We're maybe already going to be the one who make the rules.
