First poem ever

My nightmares are usually about
missing you but now there about
seeing you again.
The light in your eyes I'm craving
every night turned into something
that I'm scared to see again.
Your voice that gave me goosebumps
every time you talked to me,
now I feel like I'm getting shocked
every time someone's even mentions your name.
The only good thing I can hold on to
are the memories about us.
I think I'm lost again.
And this time your sweet sarcastic
words are not gonna get me out of this.

Beautiful, yet bittersweet words. I like the feel of the words you have given to this piece, it's like sweet and sour, one part remembers beauty while the next remembers the tightening of your got at the mention of their name, like light and dark.
Great job on this, especially if as you say, this is your first poem ever. Impressive start.
