The Difference between Monsters and Animals

Teeth bared, slicing into the flesh of their victims.

Necessity or pleasure?

Finding their pleasure in the death throes of another.

Animalistic or monstrous?

Parasitic beings, made to do nothing but leech off of another's misery.

Spreading fear amongst the hearts of the innocent, but for what reason?

To hear them scream in anguish, in terror?

Or just to watch in awe as their tears disturb the ash-strewn ground?

Humanity is the embodiment, the true origin of horror.

Wherefore were monsters brought from if not from our depravity?
