OPENING ACT

Life is not a dress rehearsal

so they try to say.

Then why do we perform our best,

when life has it's way.

If karma is what brings us back,

to live and make it right.

Then life is just a show until,

God shuts off the light.

We are gifted to imagine,

a creation we desire.

It's up to us to pave our way,

with hopes to inspire.

A world of peace and happiness

for all those I love.

Including me, I yearn for this

to live like heaven above.

When life is dark and trying,

All alone, you hear a whisper

"GET BUSY LIVING not BUSY DYING."

Reach for the goal, expand the soul,

Life's purpose I am certain.

Then on with the performance and life's show,

until they close the curtain.

About
Life is interesting. I find myself learning something new everyday. Especially through the eyes of my children. I love teaching, writing, and spending time with family. Life is like a blank canvas, op.. more..
