A Middle-aged Neurotic Canadian Man

A Middle-aged Neurotic Canadian Man

A Poem by Blake Fodor

I agree
she had the best lines

they were written by
a middle-aged
neurotic
Canadian man

prancing
in front of a mirror
picking out
a perfect easy access skirt
I knew
I was bound for
an already aborted mission

This is very edgy and raw my friend. It has a nice style and a unique flair to it.

I don't know if I'm the best for reading your poems. I don't feel as if I really understand them well.

Hmm. I pictured a transvestite man I know. Doesn't mean I am right, that's just what it brought to mind.
