Still AloneA Poem by Blake BlackstoneSome free writing.
I fell in love with you so long ago
You left me for him all alone You come back out of the blue Will the whole please of "I love you" They say if it meant to be it will come back This person who I once loved no longer exists It is just a shell of you with a different core What's your motivation here? Wait, what is mine? You are not the same person you used to be I can see the one I loved but you aren't home. Your insides are different and your are changed Your once beautiful body has now been desecrated Maybe you learned a lesson but it's too late You've ruined two lives and left some scars. I can touch you, but your not there. I'm calling for the one I loved. ...Hello? Am I still alone? ... ... ...Love?... ... ...yep, I'm still alone. © 2011 Blake BlackstoneAuthor's Note
