Arrival

Arrival

A Poem by Laura Lynn

a bit different to differentiate
this was a language of creatures
that only scientists had seen
brought to tears by deformities
else favor falls to a brighter tide
has this bounty fallen off its stilts?
often home is just a place to stay
vibes are chords, minor, major
an echo sometimes mechanical
