Jenny pulled the weeds and thought
About the final battle where she would die.
Natalie's child had died and she was angry with God.
Natalie felt cold all the time and very unkind.
Even when it was sunny outside.
Rachel had a voice that would make the angels cry.
Jenny felt a victim for a while.  She didn't understand
All that had caused her relatives to gain so much weight.
Maybe after she had run an hour on the treadmill she would
Make the most of the rest of the day.  She could even go to the bookstore.
Everyone was so excited about the upcoming holiday it seemed.
Romantically inclined, perhaps she could experiment with moods.
Natalie was ready for Christmas.  There was no keeping her indoors.
Jenny loved the married women; she would never harm them, never harm a fly.
Allison couldn't believe that the children were dead and thought about visiting the hospital.
The name was all important it seemed.  This year she would read a thousand books.
Emily would read one chapter out of a thousand books, but the whole book also.
Natalie knew if she read one book each day she could read 365 books in one year.
