Crazy Cinquains,

Crazy Cinquains,

A Poem by Laura Lynn

Arenas, for combat,
contrast with cozy fireplaces;
coy as fish, doll as dish,
arguments fizzle,
succulents live in the dry desert.

Cowering in a corner, the mouse
is afraid of people.  How did
aristocratic mice get in?
Repeatedly, she says it was a crazy
set up.
