Who I am this day and night

Who I am this day and night

A Poem by Laura Lynn
"

...I am grateful friends, all friends...

"
In fact

Effectively, I spoke to myself beside my envy of the precious meme,
Forgetting the forgotten river, the ceaseless, envyless
Flowering water hyacinths carried away on ocean tides,
East again drifting like a restless, then careless
Tigress, I digress, though I am nothing like such a
Tenacious work of creation, I was chasteless
In a sad state when I desperately begged for children.
Venus maybe it was who heard this terrible childless
Avowal to love my creator the more, and I asked for
Miracles.  I thought the child would not grow up churchless.
Erroneous heart, lessons of my youth, surely God has given
No one a birth without a bright future.  What am I and who this cloudless
Thankfulness?  I will beg forever wanting, wanting.  Does it make me wanton?
Earnest, I only seek a heaven. He is this heaven,  a miracle or a compass

I really enjoyed this one, but the font was rather small. It put quite the strain on my eyes, but definitely worth it. It was a great poem! Keep it up. :)
